Book NowThe Estate
Book the whole valley. Every bed, every space, every acre.
34 beds across the homestead, hillside cabins & creekside lodge, plus premium camping for sixty more. Pavilion, creek & 430 private acres — held for your group alone. Family reunions, milestone birthdays, long-weekend gatherings.

Four ways to stay. One valley. 430 acres.
Some come for the homestead. Some for a cabin on the ridge. Some for the lodge by the creek. Some for a fire pit and the stars overhead.
Four options, because no two stays look the same. The Homestead — the original, restored, wraparound decks. Hillside Cabins — high on the ridge, the valley out the front, a fire ready to light. Creekside Lodge — by the water, with room for everyone. Premium Camping — your own pitch, fire pit & flat ground.
All of them share the same valley. The same 430 acres to wander. The same day that runs from misty paddock to firepit at dusk.

The Homestead
The original homestead, restored
A neighbouring homestead, brought back to life. Wraparound verandas, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms — and the kind of long view down the valley that explains why someone built here in the first place.
Inside: spacious living, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms. Outside: wraparound verandas, established gardens, the valley dropping away on every side.

Hillside Cabins
Your cabin. The valley. Nothing between.
Wake high on the ridge with the valley wide open in front of you. Mist on the paddocks at first light, the sun breaking across by morning tea, and the day is yours.
Inside: queen bed in French linen, gas fireplace, full kitchen, modern bathroom. Outside: a private deck, the valley out the front, and a sky bigger than it has any right to be.

Creekside Lodge
Year-round water out the door
Cold, clear water running fifteen metres from the deck — close enough to hear it day and night. Wake to it. Swim before breakfast. Wade after lunch.
Inside: one to three bedrooms across the lodge, full kitchens, private and shared bathrooms — room for families and groups. Outside: decks reaching toward the water, direct creek access, rock pools worn smooth by years.

Premium Camping
Stars overhead. Fire pit. The creek nearby.
Eleven sites across the ridge, the creek, and a hidden pocket of valley — each one yours alone. Mountain View sits high on the ridge above the paddocks. The Hollow follows the creek under shade. Hidden Creek tucks in where the rock pools are.
Your site: fire pit, picnic table, flat ground. Shared facilities: clean toilets, drinking water, hot showers (extra). Bring your gear or rent from us. Leave-no-trace camping in a place worth protecting.

What every stay shares
However you stay, you're here for the same things — 430 acres to wander, a year-round creek to swim in, and the kind of quiet you don't get on the coast.
430 acres
Walking tracks up the ridge, down to the creek, across the paddocks. Long views in every direction.
Year-round creek
Cold, clear water. Rock pools worn smooth. Cool enough to wake you up at lunch, swim-warm by mid-afternoon.
The working farm
Morning egg collection from Fluffy Butt Hutt. Goats to feed. Highland cattle in the lower paddock. The day starts with the farm.
Wollumbin (Mt Warning)
Wollumbin rises beyond the valley. First light in Australia lands on that summit before anywhere else on the continent.
Star-thick nights
Zero light pollution. The Milky Way edge to edge. Forget screens exist.
Quiet & space
Sites spaced apart. Tracks to yourself. Room to breathe and think.

Farm fresh. Every stay.
When you arrive, breakfast is already half-sorted. Fresh eggs from the Fluffy Butt Hutt — our chicken coop, aptly named — and a pot of honey from the estate's own beehives, waiting on the bench.
Farm-fresh, from the paddocks you can see out the window.
Complimentary with every stay. Because that's what a farm stay should be.
